Overview
Orela is a Sarajevo-based distributor of premium hotel cosmetics — soaps, shampoos, amenity kits, and personalized products for hotels across the region. Established since 2009 with an excellent product range, the company had no digital storefront that reflected their quality or made it easy for hospitality buyers to engage.
Challenge
B2B e-commerce for premium products has a trust problem: buyers need to believe in the quality before they can justify the cost to their own stakeholders. A generic WooCommerce template doesn't establish that trust. The site needed to feel as considered as the products themselves — while still being functional enough for procurement managers to navigate and inquire efficiently.
Solution
I designed a clean, hospitality-inspired catalog layout that organizes products by category and highlights the premium brand partners Orela represents. The product pages emphasize quality signals — materials, certifications, sustainability credentials — and the personalization/custom order inquiry flow is prominently featured for buyers who need branded products. The overall visual language borrows from premium hospitality rather than generic e-commerce.
Outcome
A polished B2B webshop that communicates Orela's quality positioning clearly — and makes it genuinely easy for hotel procurement managers to find, evaluate, and inquire about products.
